Polymers modified emulsions
Cepsa’s Styemul range is comprised of bituminous emulsions whose original binder is a bitumen that is chemically modified with elastomeric polymers like ELASTER, with the degree of modification depending on its final use on the road.
Its specifications are contained in the UNE EN 13808 standard and in the corresponding national annex.
