As a complement to its bitumens and emulsions, Cepsa has developed a range of exclusive products capable of satisfying the most stringent demands of today’s roads. This range offers products that provide specific solutions in particular applications, such as pavement recycling, anti-crack treatments, high performance mixtures, warm asphalt mixtures, high modulus modified bitumens, improved binders for enhanced aggregate adhesion, asphalt emulsions for cold and warm recycling, etc., and in general, we can adapt or develop our products to meet our customers' needs.

CEPSASFALT BT

Cepsasfalt BT bitumen is an asphalt binder designed for warm mix fabrication. It includes waxes for viscosity reduction at high temperatures in order to reduce fabrication temperatures as well as energy comsumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

ELASTER RAF-AV

Elaster RAF AV (PMB 45/80-75) bitumen is a high performance polymer modified bitumed obtained by chemical crosslinking with elastomeric polymers that complieas with EN 14023 specification. It is suitable for the fabrication of high performance asphalt mixes as anti-crack systems, Porous Asphalt with high void content, high resistance to shear stress and rutting-proof mixes, SMA (no fibers need) and AUTL mixes. It has a minimum softening point of 75 ºC, extremely high cohesion and it is storage stable.
